Boss DR 660 volume problem

My trusty DR 660 , which Ive had for many years has recently lost all volume from all outputs. You can barely hear the beats when cranked through and amp, the beats are working and can be changed. In other words, everthying seems to be working expect the loss of output.
Any ideas?
