Dave Smith Tetra + Apogee ONE

Hello folks!

So, I have an apogee ONE interface and have a dave smith tetra shipping soon. The tetra is a 4 voice synth. As many of you know the apogee one is a single channel interface - it only records mono.

My questions are will my apogee interface be able to record the tetra to its fullest? Would I need to record each voice for itself? Am I missing out on a lot of the synth by not being able to record in stereo? Is it neccesery to record f.ex chords in stereo?

Sorry for the stupid questions, hopefully someone can give me an answer.
