I somehow have been getting this magazine for a while, I think it's a GC Pro rag. Never opened one of them up till today and flipped to a nice article with Chris Mara (Welcome To 1979). Chris is a good dude and it's nice to see him doing well. He talks about his experience tracking in a big studio and how it inspired him to open 1979. He also talks about everything in one room and not tripping so much about isolation. It made me feel like I'm not the only one that feels that way. Also made me not feel like such a freak for tracking drums in my control room. I've actually really grown to love the feel of the drummer in the room and we're all on headphones. Anyway, good job Mr. Mara and a pretty studly picture of you too.kfhkh
