is my pci hd core dead?

Hello guys , I have a protools rig with Lynx Aurora and LT-HD a g5 and 2 pci, one accel and 1 hd digicore, my problem is that the first time I connected aurora to hd core pci ran perfect, but when I set advance routing mode on auroras I got the problem than PT dont recognize my aurora converter, I had to conneced my aurora to my second pci the accel card, and I worked good for a year but now I want to fix it because is on my way another converter and I will need both pci cards.

I run digitest to the cards and all is passed except the 2 last steps

Peripheral digital loopback test DSP A NO
Primary peripheral found
Peripheral digital loopback test DSP B NO
secundary peripheral found

The cable and lthd are fine because when I use it connected the accel pci I can run PT very good and the weird is that I can open all channels and plugins like all pci cards still working perfect. I unistall and install PT, I set aurora to factory defaults and nothing
Any help to back to the life to my core card? or I should buy other card? :/ have u had the same problem anytime?
