Oktava MK 012 vs. Warm Audio WA-47Jr?

i'm looking to buy my first condenser microphone and i'm stuck between the oktava and the wa-47jr.

does anyone here have any experience with any of these microphones? i'll only be using it for acoustic guitar and vocals.

i really like the 47jr's capsule but i've seen nothing but good reviews for the oktava. i know these are both two different microphones because one is a LDC and the other is a SDC but they both are exactly what i'm looking for.
