I've been listening to Jeff Lynne's 2012 remix of classic ELO tunes "Mr. Blue Sky" - and I have to add I am a Huge fan of mostly everything he has ever been involved with.
This project was, as he stated, something he wanted to undertake because of the things he has learned in the 25 years or so since the originals were initially recorded and also that he felt he could improve upon the original versions given what he has learned, and the advances in the technology that is available today.
I'm curious as to which version "you" may feel is the better mix - original or new?
Things have changed and we definetly do things differently today than we did 25 - 30 years ago.
So which mix do you prefer - and why?
