Im thinking of recording my guitar directly into my interface and then re amping it and recording it multiple times using different settings on the amp and lairing those together to make one guitar sound.I know if i have the same settings on the amp and just use different mics and positions there may be some phase issues,but will changing the settings on the amp prevent this as technically i wont be recording the same source by changing the amp settings or am i?Any thoughts on this? cheersconfoosed
