UAD2 OCTO ultimate or Hardware ?

Hi,

I need your help guys. I'm stuck.
I have a little home studio (not with great accoustic though) and i want to upgrade it with around 9000$ in order to make a little mastering for demos songs (before a real mastering studio) and a bigger mix (i have actually a UAD solo..)

I have listened to those product, i liked it :
RME UFX
TK AUDIO Lizer EQ
SPL stéréo Vitalizer MK2 T
Fatso Empirical labs TAPE
Kush audio Clariphonic EQ

But, i'm interesting in the UAD card OCTO ultimate too...

What is your first choice if you have this budget ?
