Well, I have been using a mackie Big Knob in the studio for about 8 years now.
I know its not the cleanest way to get your signal out but it was all that was available at the time. I just plugged my duet(That has been in a draw for 2 years) directly to the ATC50's I have,
all i can say is, What a piece of crap the Mackie is!
Sounds like someone is scraping glass over my eardrums when i AB it with the duet.
I am using an ssl madi(which again can sound brittle) but i know the Mackie is the culprit.
anyone know of any good speaker switchers with two headphone outs that wont sound quite so S**t.....
I feel guilty for putting the atcs through so much pain..
it's kind of like feeding your kids pot noodle for ever!!!!
